It’s the season to be jolly. And it should be. Because this, too, is health. The season to be among those you hold dear, and enjoy the festivities that bring good food and drinks to the table. While we can let our hair down for a couple of days, there are some practices you can implement. As always, I am not really worried about what you do between Christmas and New Year.
