Consolidation is in essense always about cost synergies, based on the logic that complexity generates overhead costs and reduction of complexity would lower the cost base. In this case orchestrating 40 different vendors, with a plethora of contractual T&Cs, SLAs, processes, etc... On the other hand, we discuss how (gen)AI is helping boost productivity.
