#GratefulFridays (Mar 1, 2024) Whether you've had a bad day, week, month, year or decade... there is always something to be grateful for. Here are 3 things I'm grateful for this week: 1) Kindness ☕️ I'm grateful for kindness from people I know and love but also from complete strangers. It's never happened to me before, but today in the Starbucks drive-thru, the person in front of me bought my coffee! WHOA! And in turn, I expressed my gratitude by paying it forward to the next person in line. 2) The gym 🏋🏽♂️ My physical health has become a huge priority. This week I've hit a number of personal bests that I'm super grateful for. Our fitness is more than just for our physical well-being, but to me it also contributes to my spiritual, emotional, and mental well-being, too! 3) My business colleagues (hence the corporate suit in the photo) 🧑🏽💻 I might not have any employees working for me, but every meeting with one of my contractors, business associates, or just someone in my industry is an opportunity to learn. For example, my pal Colby Doyle has been helping me with reporting dashboards. I've learned so much about understanding client objectives and customizing dashboards for their specific needs and preferences, among other things. What are you grateful for this week? #practicegratitude #grateful

Avoid this common mistake most people would overlook at the beginning of this month. Read to the end only if you would take action. How was your Easter holidays? With the long weekend, I'm sure you must have rested enough. Most people are already planning to miss work this week since it started with a holiday. The boss of such a person might not have issue with such actions. But how about your plan for this month? Do you want to start the month on a productive level or give in to the excuse of Easter break. Don't be like others, start taking action from today as if to say it's not a public holiday. I am rooting for your greatness in this new month. Happy new month everyone. As autumn starts to peek around the corner, I’m soaking up these final sunny days and feeling pretty grateful. 🍂🌞 I’ve been spending my time in the garden, enjoying every bit of summer’s warmth and the fresh, crisp air. It’s amazing how a bit of nature can lift your spirits! Today was extra special because I wrapped up my last session with a fantastic client. 🌟 She’s hit her goals, found her direction, and feels more confident and resilient than ever. Seeing her growth and knowing she’s on the path to achieving her dreams has been incredibly rewarding and inspiring. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do! And on a personal note, I’m putting the finishing touches on our holiday home—a project that’s been close to my heart. 🛠️🏡 It’s been quite a journey, and I’m so excited to see it all come together. Watching it transform from an idea into a reality is like a dream come true. Every detail, every choice has been a labor of love, and I can’t wait to share this space with loved ones and make new memories. Writing about these accomplishments and personal milestones, I am feeling so blessed and grateful. So, how are you welcoming the new season and what’s one thing that’s made you feel proud recently? ✨ Follow me for more updates on personal growth, wellness, and living a fulfilling life! #Gratitude #AutumnVibes #ClientSuccess #PersonalGrowth #WellnessJourney #PassionProject #MindfulLiving #LifeCoach #MindsetCoach #BusyProfessionals #WellnessCoach

What a summer! I consciously tried to switch off from my devices and connect to the moment, taking in the #present wholeheartedly. Reflecting over the years its clear that I used to chase joy in #things, excited for the ever new purchase, quickly I realized this felt empty, I was always chasing for the next new item. Then I concluded that its actually #experiences that add to the joy of life, travelling the world to capture the most scenic views and plan for once-in-a -lifetime holidays, this made me compare each situation and prevented me from enjoying the simple things in life. This summer taught me its actually #relationships. We could be doing the most mundane activities but with love in the bond and uplifting people with you it's almost impossible not be feel grateful and content. There were many highlights with family, old friends and new friendships kindled, its these relationships that will continue to uphold my own sense of #wellbeing. The people you surround yourself with can determine your sense of joy, do you invest in these relationships? When was the last time you served their happiness? Have you sent anyone a message just to brighten their day? Taking active roles in our relationships brings us a great sense of agency, rather than being victim of our circumstance. When we can add to the joy of others, the blossoming of that relationship in turn adds to our own sense of fulfillment. What were some of your takeaways from this summer?

🎄 Work Hard, Celebrate Joyfully 🎄 As professionals, we often pride ourselves on hard work, focus, and commitment. And while these qualities shape our success, it’s equally important to take a step back and embrace the moments that truly matter. The holiday season is a gentle reminder: life isn’t just about deadlines and deliverables. It’s also about family dinners, laughter with friends, and the magic of twinkling lights. It’s about reflecting on the year that’s passed and recharging for the year ahead. So, as we wrap up another busy year, let’s remind ourselves: 🎁 Working hard is fulfilling, but rest is essential. 🎄 Celebrate the wins—big and small. 🎅 Make space for joy, gratitude, and connection. Whether you're spending the holidays with loved ones or carving out quiet moments for yourself, I hope this season brings you peace, happiness, and balance. Here’s to a Merry Christmas and a New Year filled with both hard work and cherished moments! #MerryChristmas #WorkLifeBalance #Gratitude #Holidays

Remember to thank your team! Before many of your team go off for a well-earned break over the holiday period, I want to remind you to take a moment and take some time to say thank you to your team members individually for everything they’ve delivered and achieved this year including any outstanding moments you remember or where they went above and beyond your or other’s expectations. It’s so easy in the busyness of the festive season to forget to stop and reflect and show gratitude to those around you - and yet it’s soooo important to show it! If you think about it, your team will have worked hard all throughout the year, people will have made sacrifices that you may never know about (with their families, partners etc.) to make sure that they deliver. The very least that you can do as their leader is show some gratitude. It goes a long way when building those working relationships - which you’re going to have to develop and grow further next year if you want your team to be successful. People want to feel appreciated, valued and respected and that their contribution matters. It also shows them who you are as a person instead of a boss! Go out there and show some gratitude this month… #gratitude #festiveseason #festive #workingrelationships

We highly value family time and understand that even minor accidents and injuries can have major impacts on your role in your family. If an injury has impacted your life and your family, let us help guide you through it.
Having a work/life balance is so important to me. This past weekend, my wife and I took the kids to go get their picture taken with Santa. This is a family tradition and we use the picture for our Christmas card every year. I'm beyond grateful that I am able to prioritize my family. What are you thankful for this week? #thankfulthursday
