Brexit's Impact on Aerospace Collaboration ✈️ The aerospace industry has always thrived on collaboration and innovation. However, Brexit has undeniably reshaped the landscape of cooperation between the UK and the rest of Europe. This new reality has unfolded challenges and opportunities, impacting both partnerships and advancements in the sector. Post-Brexit, many British aerospace firms have faced hurdles in participating in EU-funded projects. Previously seamless collaborations have encountered intricate regulatory barriers, complicating previously straightforward exchanges of ideas and talent. This has prompted companies on both sides to innovate new ways of maintaining partnerships, albeit with increased legal and administrative efforts. Despite these hurdles, the aerospace industry has demonstrated resilience. UK-based firms are leveraging new global partnerships and focusing on domestic innovations. There's a noticeable shift towards re-establishing collaboration through bilateral agreements and independent investments in R&D. While the transition has been challenging, it has stimulated a fresh wave of ingenuity in tackling aerospace's complex issues. How has your organization navigated these changes? 🌍✈️ Drop your thoughts and experiences below.👇 #Aerospace #Brexit #Innovation
