If we want our parents and grandparents to receive quality care in the comfort of their homes, there are major challenges that need addressing: 1️⃣ Home health agencies struggle to compete with hospitals for talent. Lower reimbursement rates for home health care mean they can’t offer competitive wages. 2️⃣ Working in home care isn’t easy. It takes a special kind of individual—someone who can adapt to different living environments and connect with people from all walks of life. To help solve this, our firm is lowering recruitment service rates for smaller home health agencies, giving them a better chance to attract the right talent.
