🤝 SMIB COMMUNITY LIFE 🤝 Being a part of #ESSECSMIB offers a myriad of opportunities to kickstart your career and pursue your passions. Alongside the 100+ student associations at ESSEC Business School, Stratngo Consulting was founded in 2015 by a couple of SMIB students. This pro-bono consulting entity blends hands-on business projects with humanitarian causes, focusing on developing countries. 💬 Harshita Khemani shared her journey within the association: "I joined as General Secretary in M1 and oversaw 6 projects, located all over the world, from Zimbabwe to Romania, with diverse topics. Amongst all missions, one project was a great success for the association, a mission with an #NGO in Cambodia. A well-known NGO that received funding from the UN had trouble increasing the level of awareness amongst farmers of a new cutting-edge technology that would improve productivity during the seeding process. Even though it was selling at low prices, the technology was greatly lacking exposure, so we were very motivated to get involved and help the NGO better the agricultural processes in Cambodia. It proved to be one of the best projects last year and it showcased the commitment of our association towards a better future." 🌍Currently, the association prioritizes coral reef preservation with a French company and promotes women's leadership in Africa. For prospective members, commitment and an impact-driven mindset are crucial. StratnGo serves not only as a consulting association but also as a platform for personal growth, offering coaching for case interviews with major consulting companies. Initially based in Cergy (France), the association is expanding to unite the French and Singapore campuses, with appointed members in ESSEC Asia-Pacific contributing to its goals. 🎓Joining ESSEC Master in Strategy & Management of International Business (SMIB) means seizing the numerous opportunities the program offers to be part of impactful initiatives. 🎤 Interview by Student Ambassador Anca Ghinea
