"Know your users!" is a phrase one might hear often as a product designer or an entrepreneur. But really, what does it mean? And do you really need to invest in research to get there? Let’s unpack this phrase to underline what exactly is at stake: - User needs - User actions - Barriers to adoption These are some of the building blocks of user experience - be it for a digital or physical product. Not having a firm grip on how these 3 play out for your target demographic can lead your business to ineffective priorities and strategy. And your customers? To your competitors. ✉️: testing@essmart-global.com #UserNeeds #BarriersToAdoption #ProductDesign #Usability #UserBehaviour

Creating a remarkable user experience is essential for the success of any product. To achieve this, we should focus on several key elements. First, it must be useful, fulfilling a genuine need for users. Next, it should be learnable, allowing users to quickly figure out how to navigate and use it. The design should be memorable, enabling users to recall how to use it without constant relearning. It’s also important that it’s effective, accomplishing tasks efficiently, and efficient, requiring minimal time and effort to achieve results. Additionally, the product should be desirable, capturing users’ interest and making them want it. Lastly, it should be delightful, ensuring that the experience of using it is enjoyable and even fun.
