Losing weight is simple. Consistently eat less calories than your body uses and you'll lose weight. Guaranteed. However, no one said simple is easy 🤷♀️ It's not so easy to be consistent or to stay motivated. It's not easy to get out of bed at 4 am to exercise. It's not easy to be HUNGRY and not eat that muffin 🙈 But then, neither is it easy to be over weight, unhealthy, unhappy, tired and miserable. Either way, some things are hard 😥 Choose your HARD. Which hard brings the most rewards - eating that cheesecake or eating the salad ... lying in bed until 8 am or getting up an hour earlier to exercise? The choice is yours.
