Hello Connections!! Today I am going to discuss the financial metric called adjusted EBIDTA! There is a majority of investors who still do not consider EBIDTA as reliable and still rely on PAT. But for those of investors who want to rely on the real operating efficiency of the business, they consider EBIDTA. Although EBIDTA gives a clear position about the financial health of the company, Adjusted EBIDTA provides a clearer picture of the financial health of the company. Adjusted EBIDTA is a normalized EBIDTA , it does not consider those expenses which are not usually done in the business.
