Is have you ever dropped a partner? You have the 9 knives it's juicier drops their logo off my website everyone comes from it's juicy after tells us the day absolutely I've dropped some logos absolutely and some of that has been because they haven't been fruitful in two ways either I've not been able to refer to them or they've not been able to drive you know some kind of value for me whether that's. You know, a referral back, you know, marketing support, you know, yeah, whatever that is. And that was definitely a learning when I started my business, there was definitely some partnerships that I thought were going to be really easy and going to be really fruitful. And they've turned out to not be. And some of them have been a real surprise. Some tech partners that I thought, ohh, these are easy to refer in. I've used this so many times. I can think of a bunch of retailers that would like this. Either they were already on their journey to partner with this brand or you know, it's the work that I've done has not. Have led to those goals being discussed where that partner could have been referred in very seamlessly. Mm-hmm. So yeah, I've. I have dropped some logos. Well thanks. It's not something that you want to do. Struggle, yeah, I really do like I look at like I look at when when we first started, we had two or three sort of like like half ***** agreements there and nothing was happening. No one was contacting no one. There was no referrals coming from their side. We were sort of in that in that phase where when someone would say, oh, we need dev work, we've got we've got a whole dev team. So I'm like yeah, sure. Like we can if they can't do it, then we'll send it off to someone that's close to. And it just, it became evident that the agreements that we had were just for them. It was just an agreement. And that's, yeah. And that's kind of like the reasons. Like I wanted to create a, I'm not going to call it a platform because it makes me sound like I'm trying to be an influencer and I'm not. I'm not do it, I'm not I'm not I'm really not linked linked for myself. That link fluent, though, that's cool. I really just it's more about wanting to have that conversation with partners and to try and get an understanding of like like what do you guys see? What are the challenges? Yes, what are the the the plus sides? And if there's people out there that are looking at or that don't understand, because I don't know how you explain it. I mean you're not apart of manager obviously, but I mean like when people say what do you do? I work in partnerships. Like what is that? I know everyone thinks it's just a party, really, don't they? I mean, I say this as we're drinking, you know? Yeah. However, it's just a party. Yeah, I mean, for the party, the partner party. But what did we call it? The. The partner Power Power podcast. Podcast. I don't. Yeah, absolutely.

Choices in Partnerships Aligning yourself with like-minded partners whom you also get along with is crucial. Especially in partnerships where responsibilities are divided. While some overlap is expected, it's essential to consider each person's strengths and areas of expertise. In our case, despite not achieving the desired outcome with the property, we ultimately made the best decision at the time.
