Last year, most forward-thinking Lithuanian businesses got focused on improving their online reputations. Today, standing out from the competition is all about the fine details. "Online reputation leaders Hostinger were communicating strategically and had a lot of hero content. One of the things that made them outshine the competition were tons of positive customer reviews on diverse channels," explains our Head of Analytics Rugilė Ereminaitė. Another important way to distinguish themselves is to cover multiple communication narratives, including leadership, customer success, innovation, ESG, business success, and employer branding. Rugile notes that covering multiple narratives helped brands such as Lidl Lietuva and UAB „Investicijų ir verslo garantijos“ (INVEGA). Mykolas Katkus adds "Once businesses notice the key narratives that shape their brands, they can use them to solidify and form strong online reputations. The digital waybill ensures transparency in the supply chain and helps prevent overweight and the wrong product from being transported. In addition, Priit Kuldsaar points out, using the example of TREV-2, that the digitalization of the company's processes helps to save almost two weeks of one person's working hours in one month, which can be applied to more important activities.
