Well, think again, because every year Sonoma County’s Russian River Brewing Co produces a limited release triple IPA that you’ve probably never heard of, but it’s kind of a big deal. More than 25,000 craft beer fans from seven different countries (and forty North American states and territories) visited Sonoma County to get their hands on this year’s ‘Pliny The Younger’ 20th anniversary brew, and it was the most successful release yet - 🍻 The overall economic impact on the destination was $8.6million. 🍻 69% of visitor spending went towards food service and accommodation 🍻 Generated 261 direct hotel bookings and nearly $285k in local taxes This unique annual event always takes place over a 2wk period around the end of March/beginning of April and the dates for 2025 will be released soon.
