This is just to remind you guys (can't tag Mercy tho I followed them) that nobody from HR has called me back about the competency deficit in one of your doctors and the faulty original assignment to that doctor for me... It would be embarrassing to tell everyone what he did and I haven't tagged him yet. But I did talk to one of your HR resources and explain that I have retained a lawyer and I'm going to sue you guys big time as big as I can and I'm going to go find a bunch of people and I'm probably going to look for a class action... I don't want to do that. I would rather you guys understand the cost savings that I bring to the table... there is no need to send me to endless doctor appointments anymore. SoonerCare is a government program and I want to save it as much money as possible, while receiving accurate treatment. I need one PCP appointment per quarter, one medication, and one IV treatment, and braces for sleeping. You also knew that I had neurosurgery but you would not refer me to neuro for follow-up even though my follow-up is overdue because that doctor does not accept my insurance. I have the right to reject treatment. I also have the right to sue you because you did not refer me to any doctor that can actually help me and then you kicked me out of your care. I still have not filled out the negative feedback for that doctor at all because I didn't want him to get in trouble because it's not his fault.... he is restricted by his own training to have confidence in himself. If that doctor's office called me and expressed the misunderstanding by the doctor and their ability to trust their own competency.... I would even go back to that doctor. Y'all can skip the shame of apology. I also realize that I have the right to make a big o sign and to sit my ass in front of your hospital.... and my temperature intolerance issues are remediated by the springtime. My direct line is 817-344-9125. As of 5/6/24 there will be no voicemail... y'all somehow service people with no phone. If I don't get your call, please indicate here what the reply number is. I formally release you of any efforts that you are making to ensure my right to privacy. You can release all of my PII as necessary. In fact you can also release all of my health records out here in the public or anywhere you want. https://lnkd.in/g2Xm9iUA

🌟 Kindness Thursday 🌟 At Jeste Health Services, we believe that kindness isn’t just a value—it’s a practice that has the power to transform lives and build stronger communities. Kindness Thursday is more than a program; it’s a movement—a reminder that even the smallest acts of care can leave lasting impressions, this is why we have decided to pause and give back—sharing our time, resources, and hearts to make someone’s day a little brighter. It’s more than giving; it’s about creating moments of genuine care that remind us all of the power of human connection. Let’s continue to make Kindness a habit, not just a day. Because kindness isn’t just what we do—it’s who we are. 💙 #KindnessThursday #HeartOfService #EmpathyInAction #JesteHealthServices
At Jeste Health Services, kindness isn’t just a day—it’s the heart of who we are and what we do, while #WorldKindnessDay reminds us of the power of compassion once a year, we believe in making every day an opportunity to show care, one kindness at a time. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our new #KindnessThursday initiative. Every Thursday, our team will be out in the community, dedicated to intentional acts of kindness—volunteering, giving, and sharing our time and resources to uplift and support those around us. We are committed to fostering a community rooted in compassion and empathy, creating meaningful connections through genuine care. Join us in building a difference that lasts, because for us, kindness is at the very core of our care. #JesteHealthServices #KindnessThursday #CompassionateCare

St Chads Hands-on St Chads, along with the charity sector as a whole, (well, in truth, every sector), are facing into the headwinds of increased costs of overheads. The rhetoric on top has promoted an air of austerity. The reality for community services is that we’re already doing it as lean and mean as we can. The risk is that added pressure eats into resourcing the delivery of quality services. Given that charity organisations are particularly vulnerable to cost rises the following may seem a counter-intuitive statement; that community services can, and do, lead that way through the storm. That’s because: - we are always being asked to do more with less - we are staffed by people with a motivation to serve our most vulnerable communities - we understand the dynamic of social outcomes, social impact investment, rights and responsibilities. - and… we know how to ask for help. So, here it is. St Chads needs your help. We’ve set up a Givealittle page. (https://lnkd.in/gcbEZJ3g) Paying the bills on increased costs for services and maintenance on building, vehicles, lifts etc should not impact on our core work here. Supplying materials and tools for art and woodwork result in marvellous creations but so much more is achieved with the Lifeskills gained from getting hands-on experience with all sorts of tools, machinery and mediums. Whether donation, on-sharing the page, or connecting with our story, you’re giving us that light through the storm. Thank You. #GivealittleforLifeskills #RotoruaDisabilities

Growing up without father figures, we learned the value of support from our incredible single moms. They did it all, but we often wished they had the support they truly deserved. 💙 At Day1Dads, we understand how important that support is BECAUSE we’ve lived it. Without a clear path set for us, we’ve worked to create one for others. Through community and resources, we’re here to remind parents that it’s okay not to be okay. You’re not alone on this journey, and together, we can build a stronger foundation for the next generation. 🌟💬 ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ #Day1Dads #HeyMom #HeyDad #WearWithCare #ParentingSupport #CommunityCare #MentalHealthMatters #YYCLocal #CalgaryNonProfit #ItTakesAVillage #FatherhoodJourney #ParentingCommunity #SingleParentSupport #BuildingPathways #YYCLife #CalgaryStrong #MentalHealthSupport #TogetherWeRise #ParentingMatters #YYCCommunity #SupportForParents #CalgaryCare

You know, we don't really praise Community Care Peterborough enough for all they do. The Friday Focus is on them, and we're putting on our hype hats to let you know some more about this vital organization. It's been operating in the community for years and is celebrating its 60th anniversary of the Meals on Wheels program. It's not just for your trope of recently widowed men who don't know how to boil water; it serves any senior or disabled person for whom regular meal preparation is a challenge. It's the same with the driving service. It helps seniors and disabled folks stay in their homes and in their communities, but still get to vital appointments or shopping, especially in places where there's no public transit. But wait! There's more! It has an army of helpers and contacts to help out around the house. Shopping, lawn care, shoveling, post-hospital care, cleaning and more can be contracted at fair prices and with vetting and bonding done for you. Not crazy about how Keith cleaned your sidewalk? No problem. Meet Darryl. We aren't all fortunate enough to live close to our senior or disabled loved ones. Some of them are fortunate to have friends and neighbours who keep an eye out for them. Not everyone does. But with Community Care, they do. For the love of Nana, please check the many volunteering opportunities with Community Care, centrally in Peterborough or in their county satellite offices. They can't do it alone and there is especially an urgent need for drivers at the moment. https://buff.ly/4cRAm9B Community Care, we care deeply about you!! #CommunityBuilders #SeniorServices #GreyPower #AODAcompliance #IsTheStoveOff
