Here's one of the most important things I do as a solo founder @ Zigpoll - it has nothing to do with launching new features. I handle all the customer support. Some apps like to outsource their customer support or hire someone else, but I find that this approach helps me stay close to how customers are using the product, find opportunities for improvement, and build a relationship with power users. Responding quickly and being helpful has helped power growth - it's really easy to ask for a review from happy customers you just resolved support tickets for. This approach has helped Zigpoll gain 280 five star reviews and show up as the #1 ranking every time someone searches for anything related to customer surveys. Simple playbook, hard to do!
