Day 2 of National Customer Service week and today we celebrate our brilliant operational teams. We know we don’t always get things right but we’re committed to learning from our mistakes and ensuring customers feel valued and listened to throughout the complaint process. This is feedback a customer sent in regarding her complaint experience, handled by our housing operations manage Clive. My complaint was handled with complete professionalism. It was a thorough investigation and he fully discussed the process and resulting outcome in a very understanding and respectful manner. Both Aster representatives were very conscientious and were forthcoming when I needed to ask anything. I’m very satisfied with how the complaint was handled. # listening #learning #communication # respect

Day 3 of Customer Service Week! This week is all about celebrating the hard work and dedication we put into making our customers feel valued. So, I have a question for you: Which day is your busiest? For me, Wednesdays are often my busiest when engaging with customers. On those days, wearing a smile makes all the difference! A smile is the easiest way to go Above & Beyond when serving first-time customers. It’s not just a gesture; it’s the first step to making a lasting impression. That leads me to another question: How do you ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) when connecting with your customers for the first time? I believe that delivering exceptional customer service starts with a smile, it sets the tone for the conversation and helps ease first-time customers. I once had two customers who came in frustrated, but by simply smiling and listening attentively, I was able to turn their day around and resolve their issues. As we celebrate this year’s theme, "Above & Beyond," I encourage you to wear your smile proudly, especially on your busiest days. It’s a small act with a big impact. Let’s keep spreading those smiles and continue delivering excellent customer experiences.
