Entrepreneurship Week at the University of Strathclyde This week, I participated in Entrepreneurship Week at the University of Strathclyde, an inspiring and enriching event filled with discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities. As an aspiring entrepreneur, the week offered valuable insights into collaboration, innovation, and resilience. Global Entrepreneurship Week Launch Event: A Slice of Collaboration The week began with a focus on collaboration in entrepreneurship. I was inspired by how partnerships can turn ideas into reality and how building a strong network is key to success. Panel Discussion: Empowering Women in Entrepreneurship The panel of successful female entrepreneurs shared their journeys, challenges, and strategies. Their stories reinforced the importance of resilience and empowered me to confidently pursue my entrepreneurial dreams. Dream It, Do It: Create Your Own Vision Board Creating a vision board helped me clarify my goals and dreams. It was a fun and effective way to visualize the steps needed to achieve my aspirations. Waki Maki Haki! Speed Ideation Event This 2-hour brainstorming session pushed me to think creatively and quickly generate ideas. It reminded me of the importance of staying agile and adaptable in entrepreneurship. Communication Skills for Success I learned practical tips for delivering confident, clear presentations. Effective communication is essential for pitching ideas and gaining support from others. Build Your Future, One Failure at a Time This session shifted my perspective on failure. I now see setbacks as opportunities to learn and grow, rather than obstacles. Overall, Entrepreneurship Week provided me with valuable skills, insights, and a renewed sense of confidence.
