There is no control of FDI. That's what I said. That's what's true. The Law on Investments proclaims the principle of national treatment to foreign investors and prohibits discriminatory practices against them. The Law also allows the repatriation of profits and dividends, provides guarantees against expropriation, allows waivers of customs duty for equipment imported as capital in-kind, and enables foreign investors to qualify for government incentives and subsidies.
