Organizations often find themselves having to repeat traditional diversity and inclusion training as new people join their team. While it is important to raise awareness, this can become expensive to repeat, and frankly a logistical nightmare to find a time that works for everyone. Companies are increasingly looking for scalable ways to ensure inclusion is part of the onboarding and L&D processes. E-learning courses are still underused in the organizational development space despite them being one of the most accessible and scalable ways to learn. With e-learning employees can: - Pause for reflection - Review difficult concepts - Repeat and return to lessons as needed. - Complete the course at their own pace, from anywhere, and at a time that suits them.
