And I am so excited. I cooked some more and I showed it to my friends. They were not able to guess that it's from a robot and they were quite surprised because the taste was either really good or better than what they would have tasted from another person. Hey everyone, Today we have someone very special with us who is an early notch consumer. Hey Bharat, thank you so much for joining us amid. Welcome. Most happy to have you. Before we dive into your journey of food, like your food preference journey and also learn about your experience about Tosh. Would love to know more about you. So I'm from Bangalore, coastal Karnataka, a big fan of seafood because of where I'm from. And when I came to Bangalore, it was like a journey, especially when it came to food. It was like not very comfortable. It's been more than 10 years now in Bangalore. I had to adapt. I have. I just indigestion and somewhat acidity and all that things do come up sometimes. So you just have to take care and live with the the situation. That's a little bit about my past being in Bangalore in the IT sector itself. So you know as a as a product manager I've been working, I work on products, I appreciate good products also that are developed by other companies and other teams. So just to deep dive more into your food journey, right. So what kind of food you used to have at home then you move for your undergrad and then coming to Bangalore. So how did those food preferences or that food journey. Ball for you, I'll start with the that. So as a child your parents will always be preparing things and feeding you, right. When I came to Bangalore it became heavily hotel driven, breakfast hotel, you know lunch hotel, you know dinner hotel either if you're working, going to office that time it was the canteens, the cafeterias and there was a lot of adjustment there. And as you rightly mentioned, I think eating outside food is not sustainable solution and. Then you tried out noise and then you experience it also. So how did that integrate into your life, right? So the problem with getting food ordered from outside is that one year to be careful about the restaurant. All restaurants are not the same. The way they follow standard practices differ food quality and the grade of oils they use also differs, right? And nosh as a product. Fit in there, right? Because it does the things that I can't do well. It cooks in number of dishes that I don't even know the recipe of. It is able to plan the ingredients as well. So if I need to cook for one person, two person, three or four people, there's a good amount of varying capacity over there. It is able to know when to add what ingredient at the right time. It it knows how to heat up the the pot, you know, the temperature that is also required because cooking involves all these parameters. And really cooking is an art. It did not feel like a something cooked by a robot. He did not feel. It felt like some person had actually put in some time, thought about, OK, the ingredients and the timing how to cook it and that is how it was cooked. So when I and I was so excited, I cooked some more and I showed it to my friends. They were not able to guess that it's from a robot and they were quite surprised because the taste was either really good or better than what they would have tasted from another person. My orders kind of went down online. The graph came down to at least. 90% down and I may not have ordered anything in like the weeks that I I used nosh. And the problem that I faced the problem statement is solved with that with this being in my kitchen. So you mentioned that how you use technology or how you are an early adopter of tech right. And I see that you have a lot of interesting gadgets at your home you would love to know more. So my house, I like it, you know smart, right. So my fridge is smart. My washing machine is smart. I have a you know robot to. Clean and mop the floor. I have electric scooter because it's it's it's much more smarter than a regular scooter. So yeah, now they are moving to the last segment of the discussion. It's a quick rapid fire round so you buckle up. OK, your favorite biryani place in Bangalore. Biryani by kilo. Eating out or ordering him. Ohh. I would definitely prefer eating outside because I like the dining experience and a dish that you hate to cook but love to eat. A big task to cook would be mutton Lal marks your favorite gadget that would be my, you know, robo vacuum mop. But now she is really, you know, giving it a neck to neck fight. And once I get the final product, I think that's going to be the number one. Number one product that I have at home or Gadget, Thanks for joining us. It was great chatting with you. Thank you so much, Amit. I'm really excited for Nash and the entire team. So looking forward for it, really appreciated, Bharat.
