Eurasian Resources Group was one of the first companies in Kazakhstan to launch Innovators Forums, and this year, the Group already held it's ninth annual Forum in a row. As part of the major event in Astana, ERG's employees have presented 90 specific projects. More than 200 people both from manufacturing enterprises at ERG Kazakhstan and from corporate offices have taken part in person. These people, representing the Group's most active leaders, are the authors of many innovative ideas, which can often result in real transformational changes in the business. Speaking at the event were Shukhrat Ibragimov, Group Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Managers at Eurasian Resources Group, Serik Shakhazhanov, General Director of ERG Kazakhstan, Heads of production enterprises and Functional Directors. Energy and enthusiasm of ERG's employees at the new stage of the Group's development are impressive while some of the projects discussed at the Forum were already implemented in practice and give results.
