Delta-8 Tetrahydrocannabinol Exposures Reported to US Poison Centers: Variations Among US States and Regions and Associations with Public Policy | Journal of Medical Toxicology "This is an interesting study that aims to quantify exposure to d8-THC and compare that exposure across jurisdictions. In short it shows that there is more exposure and risk of getting no medical guidance in Southern states and states where cannabis is illegal still.
