#DigitalHealth >> 🌟 Exciting Update for Healthcare in Ukraine! 📱 The Ukrainian government has recently passed a resolution that will display medical data in the Diia app. This means that Ukrainians will now have the convenience of registering themselves as patients in the electronic healthcare system, choosing a family doctor, and submitting or terminating declarations, all through Diia. No more need to visit the hospital and spend time on these tasks! In addition, updating personal information like a new phone number or address in the electronic healthcare system will soon be just a few clicks away in Diia. Currently, such updates require a visit to the clinic or contacting the National Health Service. This digital transformation will streamline the process, making it simpler and faster. 🇺🇦 This initiative is a significant step towards modernizing healthcare in Ukraine, ensuring that essential services are accessible to everyone, and enhancing the efficiency of the healthcare system. Interesting study that underscores the potential of universal electronic health record access to empower citizens in managing their health and enhancing the quality of care across the EU. But what is it for SPAIN: Key Findings for Spain: Regional Approach: Spain has adopted a regional strategy for electronic health records, with each region managing its own access service. High Maturity Score: Spain exceeds the EU-27 average in eHealth service maturity, achieving a composite indicator score of 85%. Strengths 💪: Comprehensive Data Access: Citizens can access a wide range of health data categories through regional portals, including ePrescriptions, medical reports, and personal health information. Opportunities for Improvement 📈: Private Healthcare Integration: There is a need to increase the percentage of private healthcare providers connected to regional access services. Let's keep working on keeping us well-positioned to contribute significantly to this Digital Decade target. 🚀

📢 April 24th is a historic day for digital health! The European Parliament just took a monumental step approving the inter-institutional agreement on establishing a European Health Data Space👏 The European Health Data Space (EHDS) will help to improve access to personal health data of patients across Europe. The regulation aims to help the interoperability of healthcare systems and improve outcomes for patients. At XpanDH Project we're working to improve cross-border digital health solutions in the #EU by developing technical resources and promoting the use of standardized technical specifications for specific use cases to the EHDS. Coordinator Henrique Martins hailed the news "April 24th is a historic day for digital health!
