The article aims to describe a modeling that classifies Public Health Units into categories according to these similarities under temporal variables. Knowing this classification can help public management in providing better services, since specific strategies and actions to improve services must be targeted at specific groups of health units. This article contributes to this subject by describing a modeling designed to categorize Brazilian Public Health Units that operate 24 hours a day providing public health services. These units are known in Brazil as “UPAS 24h”. What are Digital Public Health Interventions? First Steps Toward a Definition and an Intervention Classification Framework DIGITAL PUBLIC HEALTH is an emerging field in population-based research and practice. The fast development of digital technologies provides a fundamentally new understanding of improving public health by using digitalization, especially in prevention and health promotion.

At the recent BZ Best Practice Dissemination Workshop, I had the opportunity to present a survey titled "Assessing the Effectiveness of Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration in Provincial Health Programs." The survey focused on the impact of Global Fund-supported programs in the Eastern Cape, Limpopo, and Free State provinces, highlighting how collaboration enhances program implementation and health outcomes.

Honored to join fellow members at an advisory group meeting for the The Lancet Comission on Evidence-based Implementation in Global Health. Important and relevant recommendations covered: *Engaging stakeholders in planning and implementation to ensure relevance and garner support. *Customizing practices to align with cultural, social, and contextual factors to maximize impact. *Providing training and resources to facilitate effective implementation, empowering individuals with essential skills. *Lastly, regularly evaluating outcomes to refine interventions for optimal results and long-term success are the main elements for the success of evidence-based global health initiatives. #EvidenceBased #Implementation #HealthcareImpact #ContextAdaptation
