Our latest study published in the Journal of Hematology and Oncology sheds light on the role of antimony in the human prostate gland. 🦠 Prostate disorders remain enigmatic, but our systematic review suggests that antimony levels might be a crucial factor in understanding their development. 📊 After analyzing data from 23 studies spanning nearly a century, we found a wide variation in antimony content in "normal" prostates, ranging from 0.0066 mg/kg to 0.071 mg/kg. 🔍 Due to the small sample size and high heterogeneity in data, further studies are recommended to delve deeper into this intriguing connection. 📖 Dive into the full article here: https://lnkd.in/gXiwdW-F #Research #ProstateHealth #AntimonyStudy #Science #Oncology #Hematology #PeerReviewedArticle
