Carbonization of poplar wood planks refers to placing the dried poplar wood planks in a special carbonization container. After high temperature and high pressure, the fibers of the poplar wood planks are carbonized. The principle of burning of poplar wood planks at high temperature is used to turn the fibers of the poplar wood planks into Carbonization color, the color of carbonization is not dyeing, but the color of poplar wood board after carbonization treatment is brown. The color of poplar carbonized wood is consistent inside and outside. Depending on the process, the color of poplar carbonized wood can vary from yellow to dark brown. For light-colored fast-growing woods such as poplar, carbonization can make these cheap poplar woods similar in color to tropical precious woods and have superior stability. The resin and some inclusions of poplar carbonized wood are all precipitated during the carbonization process. Therefore, the surface layer of poplar carbonized wood does not have oily components such as resin and is easy to paint. At the same time, because poplar carbonized wood has the advantages of anti-corrosion, good stability, and moisture resistance, the maintenance of poplar carbonized wood in daily use is quite easy.
