To round off a fantastic evening, we were extremely proud to receive the Claims Training Excellence Award, in recognition of Evander's training collaboration with Victim Support. This training equips our colleagues with enhanced empathy skills and valuable knowledge to support customers who have been impacted by crime. Fraudsters are now intentionally stopping short in front of commercial vehicles. They are also being non-suited! Court acknowledged the scheme in decision granting judgment to THE STANDARD (Travelers) stating: "In support of its motion, plaintiff submits an affidavit of Marianne Rice, the assigned investigator to this matter. Тhе uncontested evidence demonstrates that the motor vehicle accident in question was part of а staged accident ring being investigated Ьу plaintiff and other insurance carriers in the industry whereby tractor trailers are being targeted Ьу claimant vehicles which stop short immediately in front of а tractor trailer thereby causing an accident." This result was the result of BGSA's teamwork with the Traveler's SIU. Claimants personal injury counsel dropped them as clients after the DJ complaint was filed and moved to be relieved as counsel in the pending BI suit.
