Celebrating #iwd2024 at UserEvidence, and wanted to spotlight the 3 most recent promotions at our company- 3 amazing woman making moves on our sales team: 1) Amanda Newman - promoted to SDR Manager - Amanda comes from a teaching background (unsurprisingly teachers make great SDR coaches), and has propelled our 10-person SDR team to great results in a very challenging prospecting environment for SDRs. The biggest strength of Amanda's team - creativity. Humans still have it over AI on creativity, and Amanda finds a way to help SDRs bring their unique and colorful personalities to their outreach. As an example, Amanda used her art background during the interview process and drew fun cartoons for her follow-up (picture in comments). 2) Madeleine Hurlbut - promoted to AE Manager - Madeleine was our first SDR, then first AE, and now first AE manager. An accomplished backcountry skier - Madeleine guides the AE team with the same preparation, support and tactician-mindset of a backcountry ski guide. She's closed some of our largest deals as an AE, and is now coaching and training the next generation of new AEs here. 3) Maggie Wise - promoted to Strategic Accounts Development - Maggie has been our top SDR for several quarters, and tackles any project we throw her way. Our most important GTM focus area this year is large enterprise accounts, so we threw Maggie at it to figure out the plan and playbook from scratch and crack into F1000 accounts. In less than a month, she created opportunities with Verizon, SAP, Broadcom, Thomson Reuters, Microsoft, Salesforce, and Autodesk. Incredible value creation in a such a short time frame. Like most companies, we still have a ton of work to do to foster a more diverse culture and team, so this post is not at all to say we're where we need to be, but it is cool to celebrate the women leading the charge for us.
