Ich bringe die Besten für SAP zusammen

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐯𝐬. 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 𝐒𝐀𝐏 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 I always find it interesting to learn when a company prioritises a university certificate over a wealth of professional experience. I have worked with some highly-skilled SAP consultants who have been rejected by a company that would have proceeded with their application had they obtained a university degree when they first started out 10 years ago. Unfortunately, this can be the case when applying to some companies, in particular with larger businesses. Quite often, a hiring manager will look for a Master’s degree when taking on someone at a senior level, regardless of the candidate’s years of experience. 𝐇𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫, this doesn’t mean that the “officially” higher qualified candidate is best for the role. In my opinion, if you have the skills needed to perform well in the role, you shouldn’t be held back because the career path you’ve taken isn’t the conventional one. SAP consultants, in particular, develop their experience through project work which allows them to gain insight into their industry that they otherwise wouldn’t have, had they spent their time in lecture theatres. Many consultant choose to dedicate their time to acquiring new certifications that give them a deeper understanding and more specialised knowledge of their SAP topic. 🔍 𝐃𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞?
