Think of it like a football team. ⚽ Take Iker Casillas, Real Madrid’s legendary goalkeeper, as an example. Casillas spent years at the club, helping win countless trophies 🏅 and making history. He represented Real Madrid with pride, “wearing the jersey” and giving his all for the team’s success. But when his performance didn’t align with the club’s future goals, he was benched.
