I love proof-of-concept projects. Before starting a bigger implementation project we often recommend our clients doing a proof of concept. During a POC the client can get a much better view on: ⬛our functional and non-functional capabilties, ⬛the usability of our products, ⬛the future cost of the main project. Our clients get the chance to learn SCHUMANN's company culture which is an important part of the project collaboration. A proof of concept does not guarantee the success of a project but it allows to align expectations on the results and helps to avoid suprises. At the end of a POC, the clients management usualy feels much more comfortable moving forward with the main project. What is your experience with POCs? #SCHUMANN #POC #projects

When it comes to the Net PC IT commandos team, our essential goal is to deliver exceptional applications and products across a diverse range of domains and industries 🔥. An illustration of this is the development of an application geared towards supporting biometric and qualitative research—a venture that has us truly excited 🚀. In recent times, we've achieved a significant milestone by conceptualizing and actualizing a solution that revolves around the implementation of cutting-edge techniques for detecting and interpreting human emotions. This endeavor began with an immersive workshop alongside our client, during which we achieved the following: ✔️ Gained a comprehensive grasp of the client's business requisites and challenges. ✔️ Became intimately familiar with the prospective users of the tool, thereby understanding their specific needs. ✔️ Methodically examined and assessed the user journey, enabling us to craft an optimal design. ✔️ Outlined the essential scope of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and prioritized tasks. ✔️ Culminated by outlining the architecture blueprint and devising a comprehensive roadmap for the client. Curious to learn more about this captivating project? 🔥 👉We invite you to explore our comprehensive case study, accessible through the link provided in the first comment.

"How did you determine the target group for your design?" Defining a target group isn’t just a strategic step; it’s a matter of empathy. Inspired by The EPIC Design Maturity Model, consider how well you understand the people who would benefit most from your design. Start with existing contacts, expand through research, and never hesitate to ask potential users directly. Empathy means getting as close as possible to the lives of those you serve. 6moFrom a lawyers perspective a very wise approach. So many projects fail due to wrong expectations. A POC or pilot can reduce that. There is a reason for SCHUMANN's sucess 💪
