The "Turtle" dress is constructed from a single patterned tube of fabric, using a tri-lateral pattern variation, integrating Supima cotton and Lenzing Lyocell Tencel yarns. The Turtle is a no-sew, zero-waste garment that can be manufactured directly from yarn to finished product within minutes. We use jacquard circular lace braiding machines to create the fabric that is the apparel. The journey from raw cashmere to luxury cashmere sweaters involves several stages. After sorting, the fibers are spun into yarn, which can then be dyed into a variety of colors. The dyeing process is another critical step as it affects the texture and quality of cashmere. After dyeing, the yarn is knitted or woven into fabric and then cut into sweaters, cardigans, and other garments. #CashmereProduction #LuxuryCashmere #RawToRefined #CashmereYarn #CashmereDyeing #CashmereSweaters #CashmereKnitting #CashmereGarments #TextileProcess #HighQualityCashmere #FashionCraftsmanship 🐏 https://buff.ly/4hhsBg0

Give Your Jeans a Timeless Look: 5 Simple Hacks to Make Them Look Older👖 As a denimhead, I know how important it is to keep our favorite denim pieces looking their best. But did you know that you can actually make your jeans look older without damaging them? Here are 5 simple tips to help you achieve that vintage, lived-in look: 1. **Fade the Dye**: - Mix 50-50 water and bleach. - Paint the bleach mixture on the jeans with a brush for a streaky effect, focusing on the knees where jeans tend to fade the most. - Let it set overnight and then wash and dry the jeans. 2. **Fray the Edges**: - Use a regular disposable shaving razor or coarse sandpaper to rub back and forth over the spots you want to distress. This works well on pockets, the zipper area, waistband, or on the legs for a patch effect. 3. **Create Holes**: - Use bobby pins with a blunt metal edge to pick and scrape at the denim, creating tiny holes. - For larger holes, cut horizontal strips half an inch apart and pluck out the blue threads with tweezers, leaving the white threads intact. 4. **Rub with Sandpaper**: - Use sandpaper to make the jeans look and feel more lived-in. The coarser the grit, the more it will create holes in the denim. 5. **Wash and Dry**: - Wash the jeans at a low temperature and hang them to dry naturally to maintain the color and prevent further damage. By following these steps, you can achieve a distressed look without damaging your denim. Remember, the key is to be gentle and take your time to create a unique, personalized look for your jeans. #Denimlovers #Vintagedenim #Haandenims #FashionHacks #DenimLove #VintageVibes #SustainableFashion #FashionTips #StyleInspiration

|| Denim Code || A "denim code" typically refers to the various guidelines and principles associated with the design, production, and care of denim fabric and denim garments. Here are key aspects of the denim code: Denim Fabric Quality: Material: High-quality denim is made from 100% cotton, but blends with materials like elastane or polyester can add stretch and durability. Weight: Denim fabric weight is measured in ounces per square yard. Lightweight denim is less than 12 oz., midweight is 12-16 oz., and heavyweight is over 16 oz. Heavier denim is more durable and often used for jeans and jackets. #Denimcode #fashion #style #trend

👖 **The Evolution of Denim: The Story Behind Bar Tacks** 👖 When you look at the back pockets of your favorite pair of jeans, you might notice small stitches at the corners. These stitches, known as bar tacks, play a crucial role in the durability and style of denim. But how did they come to be a part of jeans? The use of bar tacks in jeans can be traced back to Levi Strauss & Co., the pioneering denim brand. In the early days of denim manufacturing, rivets were used to reinforce stress points, including the corners of pockets. However, rivets had their drawbacks, causing discomfort and damage to furniture. In 1937, Levi's introduced bar tacks as a more comfortable and practical alternative to rivets. Bar tacks are essentially dense, short stitches that secure layers of fabric together, reinforcing key areas of the garment. Over time, the style and placement of bar tacks have evolved. Modern jeans often feature bar tacks not just on pockets but also on belt loops, crotch joints, and other stress points, ensuring longevity and durability. Today, bar tacks are not just functional; they're also a stylistic element, adding a touch of authenticity to denim. Understanding the history and purpose of bar tacks allows denim enthusiasts to appreciate the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into their favorite pair of jeans.
