It's tricky to see ourselves from a truly objective viewpoint. We all tend to be pretty good at identifying other people's poor leadership skills, BUT not so great at identifying our own. Over 50% of leaders consider themselves exemplary: regardless of their team's poor performance. Tsk tsk. Identifying the gaps in your own leadership is foundational for building self-awareness.
