Very much enjoyed participating in this event as a speaker, delving into the impact of AI on communications through the lens of the translation industry. It's very important that we cast an increasingly critical eye over the output of AI tools, and don't assume that we know the product is reliable before fully understanding how the AI has got from A to B, how it has produced its output, and what information and data it used to do so. Blindly accepting what is presented to us puts us on a slippery slope... Only then can we rely on AI as a developing technology and exploit its benefits to the full.

Our customers leverage our GenAI solutions to automate analyses, generate predictive insights, optimize datasets, and enhance decision-making processes, which in turn helps them unlock opportunities and drives better outcomes for their business. But we recognize this transformation brings new challenges, from employee upskilling, data governance as well as regulatory perspective. I was exceptionally proud to share that Moody's empowers its workforce to innovate with GenAI tools. Our firmwide adoption proved a success as we enabled our employees to experiment in a safe and secure digital sandbox throughout all parts of the firm. We expect the integration of new technologies to enhance productivity and empower our employees.
