Meditation isn’t as complicated as people make it out to be. Really, all it is is sitting/standing/walking quietly with yourself and breathing. You can meditate while you walk. You can meditate while you draw. You can also meditate while you sit cross-legged on a pillow. Make time for a few minutes of meditation this week. Aim for at least two minutes each day.
