Reflecting on my week with this great group of people. I was filled with anticipation leading up to the EOS conference in Texas. I was blown away by the abundance mindset I experienced in this community. It was an amazing experience to learn the background of EOS and why it works so well! Having experienced it first hand it was a unique opportunity to look behind the curtain and discover the years of research and development. We all have a gift and are called to use it to the best of our ability, yes! This message was loud and clear. Be Humbly Confident, Grow or Die, Help First, Do The Right Thing, Do What You Say. That's EOS. I'm so excited to work with entrepreneurs and leadership teams to get what they want from their business. I'm passionate about business and people and all the rewarding opportunities that come along with it. There's a picture of me as a 10-year-old boy holding a briefcase with a phone in my hand talking "business" with my 2 little sisters. The first 12 years of my career I worked in automotive, for Mercedes-Benz as the manager of Parts, Service, and Operations. This is where I learned the power of a healthy team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. In 2007 I transitioned from the luxury car business into the waste/demolition/recycling business as a General Manager. By 2011 I had become a co-owner and partner in the business and C.O.O. The business experienced strong growth and along with that came all the pains of a growing business, we learned from our mistakes. While C.O.O. for this business I joined TEC/Vistage peer group which is where I learned about EOS. We implemented EOS in the business and by 2022 we had a strong team with clear vision. From 2007 to 2022 we grew from 30 employees to 200 employees. We sold the business in April of 2022. I stayed on as director of integration for 2 years and left the business in December of 2023. Today my passion for teams and love for people hasn't changed, that's why I'm now an EOS implementer, I love to win, but more than that, I love seeing other people win so they can enjoy the freedom that comes along with it.
