I edited this after posting it. After posting it, I wondered whether it sounded like boasting of my own strength. If so, it was not intended. For 4-6 years, we did a pretty good job of building a couple businesses, but then they stagnated and, frankly, I had created a JOB for myself. THEN, we followed EOS Worldwide, got rid of toxic staff, fine-tuned processes, refined our KPIs, and worked on our short- and long-term goals. Perhaps you get tired of hearing me tout the EOS Worldwide system of running our businesses, but you can't argue with results: Homewatch CareGivers of Idaho: 31% Revenue Growth --> 13%+ profit growth in 12 months Amramp Accessibility of Idaho/Utah/Washington: 72% Revenue Growth --> 15%+ profit growth in 12 months Fastest Labs of Meridian and Fastest Labs of Boise: 33% Revenue Growth --> 8%+ profit growth in 12 months EOS Worldwide, CRI Simple Numbers and Jennifer Deroin have helped us have a very good 2024! Here's to even a better 2025! #crisimplenumbers #eos #leadership #revenuegrowth
Hi Eric Wallentine. I have run 2 different companies very successfully on EOS over the past 10 years and would like to share my story. Can I use your "We run on EOS" graphic in my post?
Sounds like you've hit a solid groove with those numbers. Effective strategies really make all the difference, huh? What’s next on your list?
