Saving £120k per year for operations directors in companies with 100+ staff by eliminating human error from proof of presence.

What a week in South Africa—full of exciting opportunities, new connections, and a touch of adventure! 🌍✨ Last week was all about showcasing Exact Comms’ contactless proof of presence system and exploring its potential to transform facility management, security, and cleaning across South Africa. Here are some highlights: Major Pilots: We’re in advanced discussions to pilot our system with some of the largest organizations in the region (2 already started, 2 next week), each managing tens of thousands of staff. Global Distributor Conversations: We had exciting meetings about partnerships that could see our system distributed across the African continent. Tech Festival Insights: Attending the Africa Tech Festival was eye-opening. We saw competing products and were reassured that our system is far ahead in both innovation and functionality. We even found time to enjoy the stunning views of Table Mountain after a successful day at the conference and capped off the week with some fly fishing and a safari—a well-earned moment to reflect after such a busy schedule. Takeaway: When the smallest organization interested in your system employs 18,000 staff, you know you’re making an impact. The confidence in Exact Comms continues to grow, and 2025 is looking like a transformative year as we scale globally. 🌟 Stay tuned—there’s so much more to come! 🚀
