No crackers, Not at home, no eateries made by mom. Still this Diwali felt like being home somehow, me being at ease with myself, and actually felt like a 'happy' one. And my family is more than happy with me being here, despite me being away. Because I am in a better place than where I was last Diwali (and a couple of more Diwalis before that). And perhaps I am at where I should be. This Diwali, I am not anxiously waiting for results, nor am I studying for the forthcoming exams, like it used to be every year. This Diwali, it was just a festival for me. Just a good day to enjoy. Forgetting everything. Isn't that all we want !? Yess, it's not all fairy tales in here. Like all the pieces of puzzles are not set. There are still things we want and desires we have. But sometimes we just need to cherish what we have achieved, be grateful for where we could've been and where we are, and wonder how many people would be dreaming of the life you're complaining about. For just one day, lets just live. Let's reward ourselves with one happy day. Isn't that all the point of having festivals !? P.S.: Where were you during last Diwali and where were you this year !? #Diwali #Gratitude #Positivity #Festivals

𝙒𝙝𝙮 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙙𝙖𝙮𝙨? This year, we celebrated Diwali with joy and togetherness, lighting up our homes and hearts. But as the festivities ended, a thought stayed with me: 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝘀𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱, 𝘀𝗼 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸, 𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗶? 𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘥𝘢𝘺𝘴? 𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘥𝘢𝘺? I’ve been thinking about this a lot. We’ve created traditions that we pass down through generations, but maybe it’s time to pass on something new as well. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘄𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗶 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿? Imagine a world where gratitude, kindness, and humility are practised daily—not just on special occasions. Celebrating each day with this mindset could bring lasting brightness, not just for us but for everyone around us. 𝗗𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗶 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝘂𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. How do you feel about bringing the festival spirit into everyday life? #Diwali2024 #FestivalOfLights #HappyDiwali #DiwaliCelebration #DiwaliVibes #CelebrateDiwali #DiwaliJoy #DiwaliFestivities #DiwaliWishes #DiwaliGreetings #WorkplaceDiwali #DiwaliSpirit #CorporateCelebration #DiwaliTradition #LightAndProsperity

It’s Not Same Anymore; It’s You Who Has Changed :) In childhood's realm, Things were colorful and bright. 🎨✨ In adulthood, Things became colorless, and festivals are not the same. As we grow, we learn more about reality, and in this process, we lose our innocence. That innocence once made everything wonderful; seeing colorful lights was a source of amazement. Nowadays, we see them simply as colors, nothing to be awed by. ☄️💡 Now that Diwali is tomorrow, my post is for those who have lost their childlike wonder. Yet, we remain children in the eyes of our parents and elders. The key is not to overthink; we just need to feel. So, try to enjoy yourself in even the little things. 🎉💖 Some might say it's not easy, and it’s true—we often lose our innocence in the cycle of life. We can't reclaim it, but we can feel its essence. We can find joy in small moments, like watching kids bursting firecrackers during Diwali. If you look at them, you’ll remember your childhood days, and it will surely bring a smile! 🎆😊 Festivals are meant to be celebrated, not dismissed with, “It’s not same anymore.” Do share your childhood memories in the comments! 📝💬 #Diwali #ChildhoodMemories #Innocence #CelebrateLife #JoyInLittleThings #Festivals #Nostalgia #ShubhDiwali

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗶, 𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗜𝗹𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀! As we celebrate Diwali, the Festival of Lights, it is a powerful reminder that true illumination goes beyond the physical light of lamps. This festival symbolizes the victory of 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗿—values that resonate in every area of our lives and work. In the spirit of Diwali, let’s focus on: 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲: Aligning our goals with a purpose that adds value to others. 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿: Whether it’s old habits, outdated beliefs, or limiting mindsets—clear out what no longer serves us. 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: Just like Diwali brings families together, let’s foster unity and empathy in our teams and communities. Wishing everyone a Diwali filled with warmth, joy, and new beginnings. Let’s make this year’s festival not just a celebration, but a commitment to shine brighter and lift others along the way. 🪔 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗶 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹! #Diwali #FestivalOfLights #NewBeginnings #Transformation #Purpose #Leadership #Unity #Celebration #ShineBright

As festive as this season is, it's honestly a nightmare for agencies everywhere. It's that time of the year when brands worldwide are just trying to fit the idea of bright and light into every design, copy, and campaign possible. That's exactly why consumers will scroll past every greeting post from the sea of repetitive content. Why not do better? Instead of wishing and celebrating absolutely anything and everything throughout the year, considering India has so many festivals; why not just allocate the marketing budgets to more important occasions like Diwali where customers would engage and even purchase if you do something right? Do more than just create a single static greeting post that resonates with what festivities feel like. Show real people, add the aspect of emotional storytelling, talk about how busy festivals get in the back end, add a social cause if you can about how people of multiple religions celebrate Diwali, include the user-generated content instead of just partnering with an influencer, and maybe also talk about festivals from a point of view that it's hard on certain people to celebrate; add more depth to your campaign. If you do not want to do any of it, maybe just put that money into helping the underprivileged celebrate better. Because adding fairy lights to your profile picture is not enough today. #diwali

Happy Diwali and Bandi Chhor Diwas to all who celebrate! 🪔✨ As these festivals of light, freedom, and new beginnings brighten homes and hearts around the world, it's a perfect time to reflect on their powerful symbolism and how it applies to our professional lives. These celebrations teach us: 1. Light overcomes darkness: Just as we light diyas to dispel darkness, our innovative ideas can illuminate challenges in the workplace. 2. Freedom and justice: Bandi Chhor Diwas commemorates the release of Guru Hargobind Ji and 52 princes, reminding us to stand up for what's right and champion fairness in our professional environments. 3. New beginnings: Diwali marks the start of a new year for many. In business, every day is an opportunity for a fresh start and new goals. 4. Prosperity through perseverance: The story of Rama's return after 14 years of exile reminds us that persistence leads to triumph. 5. Unity in diversity: These festivals are celebrated across various cultures, reminding us of the strength in embracing diversity in our teams. 6. Gratitude and giving: The tradition of exchanging gifts reflects the importance of appreciating our colleagues and giving back to our communities. Share your insights or how you're applying these principles in your life. Let's spread the light of knowledge, freedom, and success! Wishing you festivals filled with brightness, prosperity, and new opportunities. #Diwali #BandiChhorDiwas #ProfessionalGrowth #Inspiration #FestivalOfLights
