This is something I keep working on, how to create space for others by asking great questions. Leaders get out of the way and listen. Questions should be simple, open and encourage the person to share more. Thanks to FW (Future Women) for sharing as a constant reminder. #peoplefirst #realintelligence #heartled #listenmore #peoplepotential
How do you ask a great question? Sarah Derry is the CEO of Accor Pacific’s Premium, Midscale, and Economy segments. At this year’s FW Leadership Summit, she summed it up in three words.

As the Managing Director of The Trusted Executive, we're at the forefront of redefining leadership by quantifying trust. Our innovative approach focuses on the Nine Habits of Trust framework, a meticulously crafted model that translates abstract trust into actionable strategies. These nine habits are structured across three foundational pillars: Ability: Prioritising delivery, coaching, and consistency to ensure effective leadership performance. Integrity: Cultivating a culture of honesty, openness, and humility to build genuine trust among teams. Benevolence: Nurturing qualities of evangelism, bravery, and kindness to foster a supportive and inclusive environment. Through comprehensive LTI assessments, we delve deep into your organisation, analysing your workforce and establishing a baseline LTI score. From there, we develop a bespoke action plan tailored to your unique needs, igniting what we term as the 'Journey of Trust.' This journey identifies areas ripe for enhancement within your people and processes, paving the way for sustainable cultural change 👉https://bit.ly/47oghVx

We have never ending “ investigation’s” due to a failure of leadership. It’s that simple……lack of leadership….. We are putting people in positions of leadership that have no leadership ability, no formal leadership training and most importantly they are in the positions of leadership out of convenience rather than competence. #failedleadership #itssimple
