I mean, one of the things that I think people mistaking is like, ohh, I'm going to throw my throw a for sale sign on my business and someone's going to come walk along off the street and, and, and you know, and buy it, right? Which is just not how it works. The reality is that you have to be out there in front of hundreds, if not thousands of different buyers, right? Because all because of what you just mentioned, which is that all these buyers have their own formulas. They have their own models. They are looking for specific, they have their own criteria. They are looking for these individual things in a specific way. That matches their risk profile and what the what they're comfortable with. And so the job of the seller, if you want to sell it and of course you look, no one's making you sell it right? If you have to, if you want to sell the business, What we're saying is this is the way that you have to look at it right there are there you have to look at it through the eyes of the buyer and the eyes of the buyer are different based on the buyer and based on the kind of thing that you want to have. So the only real way to hedge yourself against this stuff and to make sure that you can get. That you can get the the thing sold is to make sure that your company is actually buttoned up, that your financial performance is that is the demonstratable, right? Is that a word? Yeah, Demonstratable, right. You can demonstrate the financial performance over time.

#Sellingyourbusiness is not as simple as we'd all like it to be. It takes time and careful planning to create the best story and get it that story in front of hundreds if not thousands of potential buyers, each with their individual wants and needs.
