Big deals hinge on one factor: a vision. Take it from "The Sumo Advantage:" In any strategic transaction, the smaller player must come to the table (to the "sumo") with a clear plan. The larger party won't craft the vision for you. They're not just buying what you’ve built; they’re buying where you’re going, they're buying your plan. When you can articulate that vision, you make it easy for the "sumo" to say yes.
