I would be remiss if I didn't post this touching story from my recent interview with Andy Pearson of Liquid Death. When you think of Liquid Death, warmth and kindness are probably not the first words that come to your mind. Yet, because they see themselves as a character, they can and will surprise you from time to time with something they say or do, just like they did to honor a young fan who passed away from cancer. If not you need to read this: https://lnkd.in/eTznD4sE Thanks Ellie Philpotts for sharing the link to the ITN Business live panel discussion in partnership with World Cancer Research Fund, to raise awareness of how being physically active can protect against certain cancers. New research shows #ExerciseSnacking that's 3.5 minutes per day of vigorous activity, such as climbing stairs, can reduce overall cancer risk by 17-18% compared with no vigorous activity.
