Below are some qualities; 1. Understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, and systems specific to elevators. 2. Having the Knowledge of mechanical components, such as gears, pulleys, and brakes. 3. Ability to diagnose and repair issues efficiently. 4. Develop skills in installing new elevators and modernizing existing ones. 5. Willingness to work with different brands and models of elevators, as well as various settings (commercial, residential, industrial). 6. Strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents. 7.Ability to analyze problems and come up with effective solutions.
