CBUS335 Assignment #7 Many big businesses has been making their way to the metaverse platform. Marketing in the metaverse should be more social media based because that is where most of their consumers find them. I agree, to market in the metaverse you have to be interactive with your customers and experiment beforehand because technology always can simply crash. With Echo Event Center, we could also potentially work to moving to the metaverse. We could add an option to let customers and our clients experience the space virtually as a tour if needed. We also hosts our own events sometimes and if you can not make an event you could use VR instead. Maybe that could be Echo’s next goal. I learned that marketing in the metaverse is essential to building brand connections and showcasing products. I read that the metaverse is a place where people communicate and interact with people all across the world. Key things that I've learned you can utilize in the metaverse is user generated content, use of human technology and virtual and individual identities or agencies.
