How do you let your clients know when you take time off? ✈️ Pierre-Yves and I are planning a two-week trip at the very end of Summer and have implemented the following routine to notify and remind our clients when we'll be out of the office: 1️⃣ We email them 2 to 3 months in advance so they can organise themselves. 2️⃣ We send a second email 1 to 2 weeks before as a reminder. 3️⃣ We set up an automatic reply. Reflecting on my first week at Fixtuur... Starting a new job is exciting, but it’s important to pause and reflect on what’s gone well and where to focus next. Here are some key takeaways from Week 1: 🔑 Meet the team. Building connections and understanding how you can help each other is essential, especially in a start-up environment. 📚 Know the product and persona. In sales, understanding your customers’ challenges and how your product solves them is critical. Shoutout to Harriet Cairns and Ashley Fenlon for being a massive help with this with the training! 🤔 Stay curious. Asking questions and embracing the learning process makes the day-to-day useful and enjoyable for everyone. Excited to see what this week brings... let's go 🚀
