No matter what their actual business is. #1 It's much more personal than an insta follow or a youtube sub Because these are private companies, you can't really do anything if the algorithm doesn't work in your favor or if they shut down your account. But if you have the email of every single customer, you can still talk to them there. #2 Cheaper With emails, there's no cost of running ads. Which makes it far more inexpensive compared to meta or apps like youtube. The only cost would be of using a tool that manages your list, which will still cost peanuts compared to ad spend. #3 Segmentation and Automation With emails, it's very easy to segment your audience into different categories and automate their emails accordingly. And what's more is that through some tools, a single person can look after this entire section of marketing. Which isn't possible with things like meta ads.
