For folks that have a referral program with a monetary payout for a successful referral (e.g. the referrer gets a $ bonus if their referral is hired and lasts at least 6 months) - how are you tracking that today? if you're like most - it's a pretty manual process and there's not always a clear owner (i.e. is HR tracking it? TA? Finance?). Oftentimes it's literally just living in someone's memory or in a Gcal reminder.
