Anyone apply to Bark.com jobs? I would be interested in hearing from users within this post, or DM.I think it's a scam. - So many of the jobs are posted are with very unique names: Play, Fern, Cartello, Edson, etc. you'd think there'd be more Jessicas, Michaels, Kellys, etc. It's based in London. - I don't hear back from clients even within minutes of responding their posting. Not even a "no thank you I'm set." What are they expecting? Days of silence before anyone gets back to them? Most jobs are applied to within minutes. I typically text and email, then follow up with a call a day or two later. Sometimes I start with a call. Hear nothing back 95% of the time. More calls than expected do not have voicemail.I'm considering filing a chargeback to my credit card.Curious to hear the experiences of others.

I quit most of my jobs because it pissed me off that companies were taking actions that led to losing money (I've helped several companies save hundreds of thousands of zlotys since then) Here's what I've learned on the subject 👍 1. Cost of this lack is at least three times the monthly salary If you hire someone who can generate additional costs, like a marketer, you can add a few thousand to that per month. P.S. For folks that have a referral program with a monetary payout for a successful referral (e.g. the referrer gets a $ bonus if their referral is hired and lasts at least 6 months) - how are you tracking that today? if you're like most - it's a pretty manual process and there's not always a clear owner (i.e. is HR tracking it? TA? Finance?). Oftentimes it's literally just living in someone's memory or in a Gcal reminder. This video shows how Ashby customers can setup an Alert to notify the right people whenever a referrer is due a referral bonus payout - just create the report one time, configure the alert, and voila - never have to think about it again!
