What is the process of you referring someone to Fairway Wealth, Reg Jackson Fairway Wealth, that's a great question. We get the majority of our new business or our new relationships from referrals from existing clients who we've worked with for a number of years and who have had a very, very positive experience. You're not going to see Fairway Wealth on Billboard. You're not going to see us in magazines, You're not going to see us out there advertising. It tends to be word of mouth again from happy existing clients. And we do work very, very closely with a number of centers of. Influence lawyers and accountants and other professionals and that is where we're going to get those relationships and we're looking for people that have similar core values as far away well.
