How do we ethically implement AI and its derivatives as leaders? I'm certain that I'm not the only leader in the tech space who has been thinking about this since the AI breakthroughs of this year and yesteryear. When broken down, Ethical AI implementation is an equation of innovation + responsibility = business growth. AI tools need to be used to aid and advance our current talent pools without damaging our teams. We can harness the benefits without displacing our employees. In our own capacities, this is how we steer AI development responsibly, ensuring its benefits are equitably distributed. I'm sure many workers see this technology as a threat to their livelihoods, whereas leaders should be illuminating how it can be rather used to enhance their roles. What do you think? #Team #Leadership #AI

Well said Faisal Parvez it's a "responsible innovation" for growth where leaders would help eliminate perceived threat.

Very well said Faisal Parvez ! In my opinion we should promote transparency in AI decision making and encourage diverse teams involvement in AI development to minimize biases which would result in AI system design to be fair and equitable for all users.
