In order to maintain self-relevance to various industry dynamics and aspirations for increasing the maturity of the maritime industry, especially ports, shipping and industrial estates (non-exhaustive), this paper is present as one of the simple references for strengthening and synergy for key actors in order to improve connectivity through the application of organizational ambidexterity and resilience in the integrated port network program. Thank you for the opportunity Pelindo, Mutiara Pelindo and SENTA 24 at ITS (thank you for the honor of being one of the best presenters🤗) which is present as a means of disseminating knowledge, best practices and sharing knowledge between maritime practitioners in Indonesia. Hopefully we can synergize on the next occasion. As one of the largest maritime countries in the world, it is increasingly strong and urgent to synergize between key actors through organizational ambidexterity and resilience. Indonesia is too big a country to be solved alone and as one of the founding fathers of Indonesia said "The ideals of Indonesian unity are not nonsense, but are truly supported by the forces that arise at the roots of our own nation's history."
