I am a big fan of innovation and leveraging technology to improve and accelerate genomic testing worldwide. But we also need to acknowledge that getting everyone to face the right direction and commit to this is not easy. From lab scientists to decision-makers and data analysts to medical directors, we need to find the right ways to ensure we are all supported in the right way.
